About the Company
A Different Kind of ENT Practice.
Serving communities. Supporting physicians. Shaping the future of ENT care.
The Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy (LACENTA) began in 2014 with a single office in East LA. Today, we've grown to more than 20+ locations across Southern California - and we're still expanding. Our mission has never changed: expand access to ENT care in underserved areas, give physicians freedom to practice on their terms, and build a sustainable future for private practice in California's complex healthcare landscape.
What Sets LACENTA Apart- Physician Freedom: Set your own schedule, shape your patient mix, and pursue subspecialty interests with full autonomy.
- Community Impact: We expand where coverage is needed most - serving patients and hospitals across diverse, underserved communities.
- Infrastructure That Supports You: Centralized services, APP support, and operational efficiency so you can focus solely on patient care.
- Innovation at Your Fingertips: From in-office CT scanners and robotic surgery to Inspire®, Hummingbird®, VivAer®, and advanced allergy and sleep solutions, our physicians lead with the most advanced diagnostic and surgical tools available.
- Partnerships That Strengthen Care: Collaborations with Cedars, UCLA, USC, and UCI - complementing tertiary centers while bringing advanced care closer to patients.
- Sustainable Growth: Built on innovation, investment, and a physician-first culture, we create long-term opportunities for every member of our team.
