Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a fast-paced L&D unit handling 350+ deliveries per month with a Level III NICU supporting high-risk maternal populations. The RN will provide care throughout the labor process, assist with cesarean sections, and manage high-risk antepartum patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care through all phases of labor and delivery .
Perform triage assessments and manage high-risk antepartum patients .
Circulate and assist in cesarean section procedures .
Monitor and manage post-partum hemorrhage and severe pre-eclampsia .
Administer medications including magnesium sulfate and IV antihypertensives .
Float to Mother Baby / Post-Partum units when required.
Collaborate with physicians and NICU team to provide safe patient care.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recent L&D experience (within last 3 years).
Graduate of an accredited nursing program .
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License .
BLS – Basic Life Support
NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Required Certifications
ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
AWHONN – Advanced Fetal Monitoring
