Executive Sous Chef

- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution, consistency, and premium presentation across all service periods
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and pride in craft
- Champion the preparation and presentation of Korean-inspired and globally influenced dishes that reflect cultural authenticity and modern luxury
- Ensure all food is executed in strict accordance with recipes, quality standards, and brand presentation guidelines
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance at all times
- Support procurement, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives while upholding premium ingredient standards
- Monitor and manage food cost, portion control, and labor efficiency without compromising quality or guest experience
- Assume full culinary leadership in the absence of the Executive Chef, including operational decision-making, staff leadership, and service execution
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal refreshes, and culinary innovation to continuously enhance the lounge experience
- Assist in training initiatives focused on technique, presentation, cultural understanding, and service excellence
