Overview
The Reservationist & Office Administrator supports guest communications, reservation systems, and core administrative functions for Vespertine and Destroyer. This role is essential to ensuring thoughtful hospitality, operational accuracy, and strong internal organization across both restaurants.
Responsibilities
Reservations & Guest Communication
- Manage OpenTable for daily reservations and special experience launches, including thresholds, blocks, and guest data
- Handle reservation communication, confirmations, cancellations, and special occasion notes
- Answer phones and manage voicemail with professionalism and warmth
Administrative & Financial Support
- Process invoices and petty cash
- Assist with payroll, including timesheet review and job code accuracy
- Approve timesheets and manage job codes
- Ensure accurate, compliant administration of the tip pool
- Maintain POS operations, menu updates, and reporting integrations
HR & Internal Support
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Work with Sprout HR to maintain labor policies, safety protocols, and HR documentation
Service Materials & Events
- Manage menu printing, service documents, and guest celebration cards
- Assist with event coordination and vendor communication
