As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
• Assist with food handling, preparation, and cooking as needed while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a grocery store, restaurant, or quick-service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
