Delivery Dispatcher (FT)

: East Bay Therapeutics, a progressive State Licensed Medicinal and Recreational Cannabis Retailer, is seeking for an upbeat and Customer-Focused Delivery Dispatcher. Job Location: Sacramento, CA General Summary of Duties:

• Ohana's Dispatch team members are responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding 5 start customer service by providing a positive and friendly experience over the phone.
• Helping members navigate the ordering process while always providing the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a hard-working, self-starter who thinks clearly in high-pressure situations.
• Heavy internal and external communications are a meaningful part of this role.
• While understanding and embracing the mission and vision of Ohana, affiliate organization(s), and their role in the industry, local and greater communities.

Supervision received:

• Reports to Delivery & Dispatch Partners, with additional supervision and direction from On-Duty Managers.

Example of Duties ( This list may not include all of the duties assigned):

• Set-up and Process members orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to: Blaze, Indica Online, Treez, OnFleet, and WeedMaps naviagation.
• Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out of the field.
• Log operational issues and and orders.
• Provide exceptional customers service by phone, text and during any in-person interactions with staff and members alike.
• Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners and staff. Establishing a positive and professional relationship with guests.
• Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, communicating customer requests and/or problems to an on-site partner or manager when needed.
• Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust, respect and accountability.
• Maintain the strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as needed or required.

• Personal knowledge of various cannabis products (required).
• Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required).

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail, cash and customer service experience.

Typical Physical Demands:

• Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
• Requires normal range of hearing.
• Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided).
• Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
