Are you passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals? Sunset Core in Santa Monica is seeking experienced instructors to join our amazing team. As a new XFormer studio we are dedicated to creating a supportive and fun environment for our instructors as well as our clients. Your role as an instructor will be to provide exciting and challenging routines on our incredible XFormer machine. This rapidly growing form of exercise offers a high-intensity, low-impact resistance workout that is designed for everyBODY.

Compensation:
· $35+ per hour, rate increases by class size/attendance. Maximum hourly rate $60 per hour provided for full class attendance.


Responsibilities:
· Conduct 45-minute exciting & challenging classes following our class protocol
· Create unique and varied routines that challenge and motivate clients
· Provide hands on adjustments to ensure proper form and technique for maximum results and to avoid injury
· Offer modifications and progressions as necessary
· Verbally explain how to transition from one move to another in a thorough and precise manner to reduce transition time
· Provide verbal cues to assist and aid all clients to achieve proper form and tempo
· Have an understanding of muscle development
· Offer excellent customer service in a kind, compassionate, yet motivating manner
· Create fun music playlists to accompany your classes
· Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the studio
· Help promote Sunset Core on your social media and with friends and family
· Stay updated on techniques and industry trends
· Maintain a positive attitude!


Qualifications:
· XFormer, Pilates, or Lagree experience
· 1+ years teaching group classes
· Strong communication and public speaking skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays (Minimum hours expected approx. 10 - 15 hours per week)
· Must be available to sub
· US Work Authorization
· Must be 18 years or older
· Obtain and maintain CPR/AED Certification
