Data Center Lead
Location: Presidio of Monterey, CA
Clearance: Secret
Overview: Oversees enterprise datacenter operations and hybrid-cloud integration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, SAN, and virtualization environments.
- Lead backup/disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Oversee datacenter maintenance and monitoring.
- Implement security controls and access policies.
- Supervise datacenter personnel.
Core Competencies:
- Virtualization and SAN management
- Cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- System performance optimization
- Disaster recovery operations
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
- Certifications: IAT II.
- Experience: 7+ years sys admin with datacenter leadership.
- Technical Screening:
- VMware vSphere/NSX.
- EMC SAN, backup tools.
- Windows/Linux servers.
- AWS/Azure/Google Cloud integration.
