LIHTC Leasing Consultant
Antelope, CA 95843 | Monday–Friday 9am–5pm | $24–$25/hr | Contract
Step into a fast‑paced leasing role where your LIHTC tax credit expertise is essential to support urgent files and move‑ins. You’ll help drive occupancy, ensure compliance, and provide an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents.
Job Responsibilities
- To process LIHTC applications, certifications, and recertifications accurately
- To manage files and complete urgent move‑ins in compliance with LIHTC requirements
- To conduct property tours and close prospective residents to boost occupancy
- To maintain accurate records in property management software
- To follow Fair Housing regulations and community leasing standards
Required Qualifications
- LIHTC low‑income/tax credit experience (strict requirement)
- Previous leasing experience in multifamily/apartment communities
- Experience using property management software such as Yardi or Onesite
- Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and compliance‑focused skills
