Senior Designer

Haus is looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing Los Angeles team. You will work independently across a range of digital projects — from early concepting to final execution — contributing to the creative quality and consistency of everything we make. The ideal candidate is a strong, self-directed designer with a sharp eye, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for digital craft.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Design across a range of digital touchpoints — from early concepting and style frames to polished final deliverables
• Work independently on project workstreams with minimal oversight, escalating and collaborating where it counts
• Contribute to moodboards, style treatments, and design systems with a clear point of view
• Support Art Directors and CDs, and help guide Designers who are earlier in their careers
• Apply UI sensibility and motion awareness to your work — understanding how digital products and campaigns come to life

What you'll bring:

• 4–6 years of design experience with a strong digital portfolio
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC Suite
• Solid grounding in typography, layout, and visual systems
• Experience developing style treatments and contributing to creative concepting
• Awareness of motion, interaction, and UI/UX principles — you don't just design screens, you design experiences
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your creative decisions

The estimated compensation for this position is $80k-$105k per year, plus a 401k, medical, dental, vision, life and optional benefits, paid time off, fun events and more.
