Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in Human Capital Management (HCM) and one of the following modules: Reporting, Talent, Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Absence Management.
• 2 years of experience in workday implementation and system configuration.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Global HR and Payroll (e.g., HCM administration).
• Experience in SaaS HR system configuration.
• Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and efficiency of Application Managed Services vendor teams providing consulting and professional services for workday.
• Monitor work assignment, delivery, utilization, and best practices across our two vendor teams.
• Drive vendor teams to ensure continuous alignment to industry best practices for third-party adoption regarding workday.
