Oracle WMS Superuser

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Superuser to serve as the go-to expert for Oracle ERP systems at our Perris site. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and technical teams, ensuring seamless functionality, user support, and process optimization within WMS modules.

To be considered for this role

• You should have 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics, knowledge of WMS Systems & process mapping skills.
• Strong organizational skills used in project activities, combined with good analytical skills and the ability to translate ideas into actions.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills whilst maintaining integrity are essential as you will be liaising with all levels of management and operations.
• The ability to cope with time pressure in volume dynamic operations is required whilst continuing to be enthusiastic and have a high level of energy.

About the Role

As a knowledgeable expert in how operations and systems work together, you will ensure that systemic functionally surrounds operational processes that meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.

You will be responsible for the creation, performing and reporting of UAT test scripts and scenarios from an Operational point of view.

In close collaboration with the project team, solutions analysts and engineering you will ensure the effective launch of new business and projects.

As the project rolls in to Launch phase you will act as the liaison between Operations and IT to fix or enhance challenges associated to systems.

You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of work instructions. Specifically, the system functionality.

The business should be handed to the local plant so that it can operate in sustaining mode meeting all its key metrics.

You will ensure the revised processes are documented, labor standards are updated, and internal stakeholders are trained/re-training, as appropriate.

You will need to prioritize actions, assign responsibilities and due dates, and follow up to ensure on time completion within specified cost parameters.

Compensation

We offer a market competitive compensation package. Pay package for this role is 89,000 to 112,000 per annum.
