Position Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting full-cycle recruiting operations and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing interview logistics, maintaining recruiting systems and records, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions across multiple departments.
- Create, manage, and maintain job postings on internal and external recruiting platforms.
- Review incoming applications and ensure candidate information is complete, accurate, and compliant with established recruiting processes.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate interview logistics, including meeting invitations, interview materials, and communication with all participants.
- Arrange candidate travel, lodging, and related accommodations when required.
- Maintain recruiting calendars and interview schedules to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
- Support workforce planning initiatives by maintaining recruiting reports, staffing data, and hiring metrics.
- Assist with temporary staffing, contingent workforce management, and vendor coordination as assigned.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure recruiting records are accurate and up to date.
- Partner with internal departments to support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate transition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, talent acquisition, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies preferred.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with leaders, employees, candidates, and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment processes.
- Experience coordinating contingent workforce or temporary staffing programs.
- Familiarity with workforce planning, hiring metrics, and recruitment reporting.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
