B2B Sales Coordinator (North America) - Remote
Boody is looking for a new B2B Sales Coordinator to join our North American B2B team! Boody is an Australian brand at a key stage of international growth, with the North American wholesale channel being an important contributor to the business. This role plays a practical, hands-on part in supporting the performance and continued growth of the channel.
This role supports the day-to-day delivery of Boody’s North American Wholesale channel, reporting to the local Sales Director. This role is responsible for the smooth execution of wholesale orders and for delivering a consistently high standard of service to our B2B customers and sales representatives. With a broad scope, the role works across the US Wholesale function to support sales plans and ongoing wholesale activity.
This is a fully remote position. Ideally, this role will be based in the LA area. However, for the right candidate we are open to exploring other areas of the US.
What is this role all about?
- Support end-to-end B2B sales operations, including order processing, reorders, product swaps, customer queries, and day-to-day support for sales reps and B2B accounts, with a proactive focus on identifying upsell, reorder, and growth opportunities.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with B2B customers and sales reps, using every interaction as an opportunity to support sales, strengthen partnerships, and drive commercial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across wholesale platforms and systems, ensuring product data, pricing, imagery, and content support confident buying decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels, incoming stock, and allocation risks, providing regular availability updates and flagging risks or opportunities to the Sales Director to maximise sales potential.
- Coordinate backorders, product availability communication, and sample management to support sales conversations, showroom needs, and follow-up activity.
- Build, update, and maintain B2B sales materials such as line sheets, sales decks, and seasonal launch assets that enable effective selling.
- Support the execution of seasonal and monthly wholesale sales plans, including launches, promotions, reorder campaigns, and targeted B2B communications.
- Prepare regular sales reporting, performance summaries, and sell-through insights to the Sales Director to determine opportunities for sales growth.
- Assist with trade shows, including sample preparation, logistics, appointment coordination, attending events, and supporting proactive post-event follow-ups with new and existing customers to convert interest into sales.
- Maintain shared sales calendars, track key dates and milestones, and support internal coordination across the North American Wholesale function.
We're looking for:
- At least 2 years experience in sales support, ideally within an apparel/consumer goods wholesale environment.
- Passionate about sales growth and an eagerness to provide a world class customer experience, with aspirations to grow their career in sales.
- Confident communicator who can work effectively with reps, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Intermediate Excel skills, with an ability to create and update sales reports.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with sales administration systems.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
