Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects across beauty and personal care packaging, apparel, and toys. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. This role requires strong organizational skills, relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects, creating timelines and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining communication and satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and regulatory teams.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in project or account management within beauty/personal care or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in project management tools; highly organized and solution-oriented.
