Job Title: Door Shop: Prepper

Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (5AM- 2:30 PM plus overtime)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our door production team as a Prepper . This role focuses on the preparation and assembly of door frames, specifically installing stop pieces (interior trim/molding) inside door jambs using a pneumatic stapler. Training is available for candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble stop pieces inside door jambs using a pneumatic (air) stapler.
• Ensure all pieces are properly aligned and securely fastened.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company quality and safety standards at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs during the work shift.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required – training provided.
