Architect and Design: Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance. Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution. Development: Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend andReact/Angular for frontend.
