The Opportunity

Whether you're a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced veterinarian we'd love to connect.

Ideal candidates are comfortable performing emergency surgical procedures (mentorship available) and thrive in a collaborative ER setting.

Current hospital hours:

• Weekdays: Overnight (6 PM–8 AM)
• Weekends: 24 hours
• Expanding toward 24/7 coverage with a rotating schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• $220,000–$250,000 base salary
• 24% production
• Customized signing bonus
