In this role, you will conduct market research, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and translate them into actionable product features. You will oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Your ability to analyze data and customer feedback will be crucial in making informed decisions and iterating on product enhancements that resonate with our users.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or insurance industries. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of agile methodologies, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully launching products that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Compensation: The total target cash compensation for this role is $110,000 - $143,000 CAD, based on experience. We’ll walk through the details together during the interview
