PolicyMe is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to join our innovative team in the technology sector, working remotely from Ontario, CA. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our digital insurance solutions, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a central figure in our product development process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.In this role, you will conduct market research, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and translate them into actionable product features. You will oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Your ability to analyze data and customer feedback will be crucial in making informed decisions and iterating on product enhancements that resonate with our users.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or insurance industries. You should demonstrate a strong understanding of agile methodologies, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of successfully launching products that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- •Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- •3-5 years of experience in product management
- •Experience in technology or insurance industries preferred
