Benefits Specialist (Sacramento)

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Benefits Specialist (Sacramento) :

• Act as a key representative at Benefit/Health Fairs, Wellness Events, and Open Enrollment Meetings

• Educate customers about our client's benefits and plan offerings, answering any questions they may have

• Engage with a diverse range of customers, including employers, prospective/existing members, and brokers

• Assist the Sales & Account Management Team as an Open Enrollment Specialist

• Travel as required, including to our client's site for material pickup/drop-off

• This is a 1-year contract role with potential for extension
  

Required Skills for Benefits Specialist (Sacramento) :

• Prior experience in sales or open enrollment

• Knowledge of the health insurance industry and HIPAA guidelines

• Excellent customer engagement skills

• Ability to travel as required

• Self-motivated and proactive
