Job Description

As a Brand Representative at Valley Wide L.L.C., you will embody the face of our brand as you engage with our customer base and potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing solutions that align perfectly with their objectives. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for executing promotional activities, managing client concerns, and delivering on brand objectives with precision and creativity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive brand strategies that correspond to client needs and market trends.
• Implement marketing plans that include promotional materials, external and internal advertising, and other marketing media.
• Manage client needs regularly while cultivating new leads to grow the client database.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
• Offer free services when applicable to enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and effective promotional displays, and product presentations including carpets, floors, or furniture when necessary to showcase the company's commitment to high standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable answers and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
• Ability to offer free services strategically to enhance product familiarity and customer loyalty.
• Capable of maintaining professional standards by frequently cleaning and organizing product and service demonstrations.
• Must be over 18 years of age, reliable, able to start immediately, and pass a background check.
• Strong ethical standards and a professional demeanor aligned with Valley Wide L.L.C.’s corporate values.
