Position Details:

• Position Type: Permanent, full-time.
• Patient Population: Pediatric to geriatric.
• Education Required: Master's degree (MSN) in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Licensure/Certification Required:
  • Active and unrestricted California licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.
  • Board Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through ANCC or AANP.
  • California Nurse Practitioner Furnishing number.
  • DEA provider number schedule II - V.
  • CURES registration.
  • NPI Number.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
• Experience Preferred: Three (3) years relevant experience providing patient care in a Primary Care setting.
• Shift: 8-hour shifts.
• Salary Range: $70.12 - $104.46 per hour. (DOE)
• Bilingual Candidates: Strongly preferred.
