Are you a strategic and data-driven marketer with a passion for driving growth? We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead high-impact marketing programs that engage executive-level healthcare decision-makers. This role will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel B2B campaigns, optimizing lead generation efforts, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive measurable results.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and paid digital advertising.
Own the lead lifecycle from campaign planning and execution to nurturing and seamless handoff to the sales team.
Partner with product marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, target personas, and lead qualification criteria.
Optimize lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools like Marketo and HubSpot to enhance engagement and conversion.
Set up and manage backend Google Analytics to track campaign performance, user behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
Manage digital campaigns across key channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, paid search, SEM/SEO, LinkedIn, display ads, website, events, and webinars—ensuring optimized spend, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns to improve engagement and lead generation.
Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling assets such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars to attract and educate prospects.
Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing, healthcare, and advertising trends to bring innovative ideas that enhance demand generation efforts.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in a health tech or SaaS environment.
A proven track record of executing successful multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
Deep expertise in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems, and Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing performance.
Strong experience with digital advertising, including paid search, social media, display ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and targeting healthcare or B2B audiences.
Hands-on experience managing the full lead funnel, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with sales, product, and design teams.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience managing budgets and balancing competing priorities.
