Full Stack Engineer, B2B

We’re looking for our next FullStack Engineer who brings together a foundation in development and a passion for building.
As a FullStack Engineer Engineer, you will be responsible for building and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade learning experiences. We’re looking for a self-starter, who not only writes great code, but also brings together ideas and design sensibility, and can translate them into new features and intuitive user interfaces. You should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and enterprise product needs, including performance, compliance, and interoperability. You’ll be highly GenAI-enabled, leveraging AI-powered coding and design tools to accelerate development and deliver innovation at scale. In this role, you will help us rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features that meet the demands of organizations and drive measurable business impact.
You’ll be involved in the early stages of product development, working closely with the Product team to help identify, scope, and develop new features to improve the user experience and deepen the value of our products.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Implement LMS integrations to extend platform interoperability.
- Build data reporting and dashboards to track learner and program performance.
- Develop user management and admin features for organizations and learners.
- Ensure privacy, accessibility, and information security compliance across all features.
- Design B2B platform features, such as co-branded landing pages, organizational leaderboards and social features, localization, custom programs, and curated catalogs.
- Maintain and evolve the marketing website to support growth and awareness.
- Act as a dedicated resource for timely bug fixes and platform reliability.
- Build self-serve signup and onboarding flows for smaller teams and organizations.
Here are the skills you should have:
- Broad and solid CS foundation knowledge, including data structures & algorithms, operating systems, computer networks, and databases.
- At least 3+ years of software development experience, with proven end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong ability to convert ideas into running code efficiently.
- Frontend: Familiarity with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Typescript, tRPC, and Tailwind.
- Backend: Familiarity with the Python ecosystem (Linux, SQL, Django, FastAPI), APIs (REST, GraphQL).Proficiency with Docker and microservice architecture design.
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of security concerns and best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field.
- Excellent communicator and team player with strong English language skills if not a native speaker yourself.
- Technical familiarity with machine learning, particularly using LLM APIs and frameworks beyond basic prompting - including tool calling, agentic workflows, RAG, and popular ML frameworks.
- High fluency/familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or Cline.A keen interest in the Artificial Intelligence domain.
Bonus if you have:
- Deep technical expertise in specific LLM applications such as finetuning, complex agentic systems, or production RAG implementations.
- Familiarity with Next.js App Router and deployment on Vercel.
- Experience with headless CMS architectures, API integrations, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Python ecosystem tooling beyond web frameworks (data, ML integrations, etc.).
