Provide guidance throughout the hiring process, support inclusive hiring practices, and ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
· Data & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Monitor pipeline health, track recruiting metrics and event outcomes, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and stay informed on market trends, talent demand, and student interests to support recruiting strategy.
The experience you bring:
· Recruiting Expertise: 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Experience recruiting for internship, university, early career, or emerging talent programs is strongly preferred.
· Early Career & University Recruiting Knowledge: Proven ability to build and manage talent pipelines through universities, student organizations, and other early talent channels, with an understanding of evolving student interests, workforce trends, and campus recruiting best practices.
· Event Management: Experience executing recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and virtual engagement opportunities while serving as a strong employer brand ambassador.
· Stakeholder Management & Candidate Experience: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, universities, and candidates while delivering a high-quality, candidate-centric recruiting experience.
Technology, Analytics & Execution Excellence: Proficiency with recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, event management platforms, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
