Inside Sales Agent - Licensed

We are looking for a motivated real estate inside sales agent ready to take the first step toward a future in lead generation and listing support. This is a great entry point for those who want to build a strong foundation and eventually move into roles focused on working with listing agents or running lead systems.
You'll be responsible for connecting with new prospects, making outbound calls, and creating opportunities that turn into closings. It's an excellent path for those who are driven, enjoy conversations, and want to learn the business from the inside out.
With consistent performance, this role can lead to opportunities in listing-side support or lead leverage positionswith rewarding commissions along the way.

Compensation:$81,000 - $125,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
- Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
