The Role

As a Manager/Director, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own desk within an established market.

• Full 360 recruitment process including business development, client management and candidate delivery
• People management, driving performance and activity.
• Building and managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Working collaboratively within a high-performing recruitment team
• Contributing to the continued growth of the team and office

About You

• Minimum 4+ years recruitment agency experience
• Proven experience working in a 360 recruitment management role
• Sector experience in construction, engineering, real estate, design, property preferred – but our client is open on sector experience.
• Ability to manage a team of recruiters and motivate them
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience billing within a recruitment agency environment
• Degree preferred (to support visa sponsorship where applicable)
