Responsibilities: • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage internal and external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program • Lead external project components requiring cross-functional expertise • Coordinate between project management, planning teams, and line management • Influence adoption of best practices, approaches, and methodologies across disciplines • Review project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare status reports • Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals • Implement mechanisms to monitor project progress and drive problem-solving • Collaborate with project managers, line managers, and clients for issue resolution • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience • Graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience • Graduate degree with 0–2 years of related experience • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree • Practical knowledge of project management or related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills Preferred Skills: • Prior project management experience in aerospace and defense environment • Bachelors Degree
