Position Description: As an Associate Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

• Enter customer orders and understand the Customer Relations team's processes
• Comprehend and comply with safety rules and company policies
• Work directly with external customers as well as Applied Medical internal departments, such as Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping
• Assist with other tasks and projects, as needed

Position Requirements: This position requires the following skills and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• More than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Perform multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Possesses outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management skills
• Work with a high degree of autonomy with a focus on customer service
• Team player who works well with others and succeeds in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred: The following skills and attributes are preferred:

• Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP)

Benefits: The base compensation range for this role is $24 - $26 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting. Each amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation once such amount is earned and determinable.
