What You’ll Do

As our AI-Driven Growth Hacker, you’ll be the mastermind behind designing, testing, and refining innovative strategies that put generative AI at the core of our content creation. You’ll analyze user behavior, dream up new tactics, run rapid-fire experiments, and double down on whatever drives the best results. It’s a fast-paced blend of creativity and analytics—perfect for anyone who loves using AI to speed up the journey from idea to market traction.

Here’s a closer look at your day-to-day:

• Use AI to Create: Generate attention-grabbing photo, video, and copy assets with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion, then tailor them for different marketing channels.
• Experiment Constantly: Test hypotheses across every stage of the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention), launching A/B or multivariate experiments at breakneck speed.
• Optimize Campaigns: Monitor performance with platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and refine your tactics based on metrics like user engagement, conversion rates, CAC, and LTV.
• Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to seamlessly integrate AI-driven content into user experiences, from landing pages to in-app flows.
• Share What You Learn: Document experiment setups, wins, and lessons learned so the whole team can benefit—and keep pushing the boundaries of what AI can do.

What We’re Looking For

• Growth Experience: You’ve spent 3–5+ years experimenting with growth tactics in a startup, SaaS, or consumer-tech setting, and you’re no stranger to rapid iteration and pivoting.
• AI Fluency: You know how to leverage generative AI to produce compelling assets, and you’re comfortable weaving these into your marketing pipeline.
• Data Chops: You’re adept at analyzing funnel metrics, running A/B tests, and using platforms like HubSpot or Marketo to automate and attribute campaigns.
• Creative Mindset: You excel at merging out-of-the-box thinking with data-led decision-making, figuring out what resonates—and why—before scaling it up.
• Team Player: Collaboration and clear communication are second nature to you, and you thrive in an environment where continuous experimentation is encouraged.
