Stable work environment with long-term growth potential Job Details We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact Plant Manager to take full ownership of a growing aerospace manufacturing operation. This isn’t a maintenance role—this is a build, optimize, and elevate opportunity. You’ll step into a plant with strong fundamentals and be responsible for driving performance, scaling operations, and building a culture of accountability and execution. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll have visibility, autonomy, and the ability to shape both short-term results and long-term strategy. What You’ll Own Plant Performance & Execution Full ownership of daily plant operations: production, scheduling, materials flow, and inventory
Align output with customer demand, financial targets, and growth initiatives
Drive measurable improvements in throughput, on-time delivery, and cost performance Operational Excellence Lead and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify bottlenecks and execute scalable solutions—not just quick fixes
Establish structure, discipline, and accountability across the floor Leadership & Culture Build, develop, and lead a high-performing operations team
Create a culture rooted in ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
Be a visible floor leader—someone who drives results through people, not from behind a desk Productivity & Metrics Own KPIs across efficiency, labor productivity, quality, and delivery
Use data to drive decisions and hold teams accountable to results
Continuously raise the performance bar across all functions Process Improvement & Growth Evaluate and implement process improvements and manufacturing technologies
Partner with leadership on capital projects and capacity expansion
Drive structured problem-solving across operations Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements
Build a proactive quality culture focused on prevention, not reaction
Safety Leadership
Lead from the front on safety—establish and maintain a zero-incident mindset
Ensure compliance with all safety standards while improving shop floor engagement
What We’re Looking For
Proven Plant Manager or Operations Leader in aerospace, metals, or precision manufacturing
Track record of turning around or elevating plant performance (not just maintaining status quo)
Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Experience with lean manufacturing, CI, and performance-driven environments
Deep understanding of aerospace quality systems and compliance
Data-driven leader who knows how to translate metrics into action
