Manager, Digital Commerce & Growth

Reporting to the Fractional Head of Growth, the Digital Growth Manager will help strategize, execute and optimize day-to-day digital growth initiatives across paid media, CRM, and TikTok Shop - bringing m.ph beauty’s artistry-led approach to life across every customer touchpoint.

In addition to translating growth strategies into execution, this person will actively identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels, with a strong focus on creator-led commerce and rapid experimentation. They will help build the m.ph growth engine, not just operate within it.

They will also ensure digital campaigns launch seamlessly, the site experience drives both education and conversion, lifecycle programs support retention, and TikTok Shop is activated as a key revenue and creator-led growth channel.

The ideal candidate is highly innovative, operational, detail-oriented, and performance-driven, with a strong understanding of how to connect content, commerce, and creator ecosystems in a modern, sephora-first beauty brand.

Key Responsibilities

DTC, TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Creator Commerce

  • Help stand up and own TikTok Shop as a core growth channel, with responsibility for driving GMV growth and performance.
  • Partner with our Sr. Manager of Influencer to identify, onboard, and manage creators who can drive measurable sales. Build repeatable systems for creator-led conversion (seeding, briefing, tracking, scaling).
  • Continuously test offers, bundles, and assortment formats specific to both DTC & TikTok commerce.
  • Partner with paid and organic teams to amplify high-performing creator content.

Paid Media Execution (Performance + Content-Led Growth)

  • Manage day-to-day paid media operations across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Proactively identify and launch new paid growth opportunities, including testing new platforms, audiences, and creative formats.
  • Partner with agencies to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns against CAC, ROAS, acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Own weekly creative testing pipeline, ensuring a consistent cadence of new concepts and iterations.
  • Coordinate asset development, approval process and trafficking of UGC, founder, and performance-driven creative.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand positioning while delivering on performance KPIs.
  • Support budget pacing and flag risks/opportunities to leadership.

Site Experience (Education-Driven UX & CRO)

  • Execute and continuously improve site experience, with a focus on education- and storytelling-led conversion.
  • Build and optimize routine-based merchandising, including bundles and system-led selling.
  • Partner with design and development teams to implement UX and CRO improvements.
  • Test and iterate on landing pages, PDP storytelling, and conversion flows
  • Support A/B testing initiatives focused on CVR, engagement, and AOV.

CRM & Lifecycle (Education + Retention)

  • Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, with a focus on driving retention and LTV. Including development and optimization of lifecycle flows (e.g.: welcome, post-purchase, abandon cart, replenishment, etc,)
  • Translate core artistry education into CRM content that drives repeat purchase and routine adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve retention, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
  • Own the email process from end to end, including briefing designers, creative feedback, calendering, and deployment.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track daily and weekly performance across paid media, TikTok Shop, site, and CRM.
  • Surface insights quickly and translate into clear next steps and experiments.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure accuracy of reporting across channels.
  • Identify trends and actionable insights across the funnel.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Coordinate across creative, brand, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of all assets.
  • Act as the hub for execution across paid, site, CRM, and TikTok Shop.
  • Manage timelines and ensure all campaigns, launches, and promotions go live seamlessly.
  • Support product launches and key brand moments.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or growth (beauty or DTC preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with paid media (Meta, TikTok) and agency management
  • Experience in high-growth, test-and-learn environments.
  • Experience launching or scaling new channels or growth initiatives
  • Experience with creator-led commerce or affiliate revenue models preferred.
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar ESP) and using AI platforms to streamline and drive efficiencies across select workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CVR, AOV, GMV)
  • Experience working with UGC and creator-driven content.
