Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an active pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Uncover and assess customer needs through effective discovery and consultation Guide clients confidently through each stage of the sales process
- Conduct tours, complete follow‑up, and close deals efficiently
- Accurately document client interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Communicate updates, insights, and outcomes to internal teams
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively consult and close clients.
Qualifications
- Proven success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with a competitive, goal‑driven mindset
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving results
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Professional appearance and positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
