ABA Case Supervisor

About the Job:

At Positive Behavior Steps, we are committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services to families living in underrepresented communities throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas . We are currently seeking a Traveling Case Supervisor / BCBA who is passionate about individualized, in-home service delivery and maintaining a manageable caseload to support clinical excellence.

This is a fully community-based role . There is no clinic in the San Fernando Valley , and all supervision and services are provided in client homes, schools, and community settings . Candidates must be comfortable traveling locally within the Valley and nearby regions as part of their regular schedule.

We welcome BCBAs , BCaBAs , and Master’s-level professionals actively pursuing BCBA certification to apply. As a Case Supervisor, you will work closely with a collaborative clinical team, receive ongoing mentorship from our Clinical Director and leadership, and have opportunities to contribute to clinical growth, policy development, and innovative service delivery models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Clinical Director and collaborate with clinical leadership.
• Travel throughout the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas to provide direct and indirect supervision in home and community settings.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Conduct FBAs and skill acquisition assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland-3).
• Develop data systems, analyze performance data, and update treatment plans.
• Ensure program fidelity and accurate documentation.
• Participate in clinical meetings and company-wide initiatives.
• Provide crisis support and ensure ethical, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification or active pursuit of certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA supervisory experience (2-tier or 3-tier models).
• Experience conducting FBAs and writing comprehensive reports (preferred).
• Ability and willingness to travel to in-home cases throughout the San Fernando Valley.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Cultural humility and commitment to serving diverse populations.
• Availability to work occasional weekends (especially Saturdays).
