Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning/AI Engineer with a

specialized focus on OpenAI technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be

responsible for setting up and managing OpenAI instances, conducting training

sessions, integrating AI solutions with other systems, and eventually contributing to the

creation of custom language models.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

OpenAI Instance Setup:

o Configure and deploy OpenAI instances, ensuring optimal performance

and resource utilization.

o Implement best practices for secure and efficient deployment of OpenAI

infrastructure.

2. Training and Fine-Tuning:

o Conduct training sessions for OpenAI models, utilizing relevant datasets

and ensuring model accuracy.

o Fine-tune existing models to align with specific business requirements and

domain expertise.

3. Integration with Other Systems:

o Connect OpenAI solutions seamlessly with existing systems and

applications.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration

requirements and provide technical expertise.

4. Custom Language Model Development:

o Contribute to the development of custom language models, leveraging

OpenAI frameworks and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Ph.D. or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related

field.

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning/AI Engineer with expertise in OpenAI

technologies.

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python.

• Experience in setting up and managing OpenAI instances.

• Proficient in training and fine-tuning models using relevant datasets.

• Ability to integrate AI solutions with diverse systems and applications.

• Familiarity with custom language model development and OpenAI frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript and React for front-end development.
