Scheduling Coordinator/Dispatcher
As an Scheduling Coordinator and Dispatcher, you will be working with our network of interpreters to schedule and dispatch for in-person, video, and telephone interpretation jobs. Days are filled with scheduling, phone calls, emails, texts, negotiating, problem solving, and critical thinking.

- Dispatch Excellence: Efficiently assign interpreters to appointments based on their expertise, location, and availability while juggling time-sensitive demands
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their language service needs and ensure a smooth interpretation process, while providing exceptional customer service
- Problem Solving: Tackle logistical challenges head-on, adapting to last-minute changes and ensuring that all parties are well-informed and comfortable with the revised arrangements
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process optimization and contribute to the enhancement of our interpreter coordination and dispatch systems
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with interpreters, clients, and internal teams.
- Adaptability and composure under pressure, ensuring a high level of professionalism in all situations.
- A passion for languages, cross-cultural understanding, and an eagerness to make a positive impact.
- Previous experience in interpreter coordination, dispatch, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
