Compensation Range: $50-60/hr on W2

Job Description:
Provide day-to-day IT support by managing help desk tickets, administering collaboration tools, and fulfilling hardware requests to support internal teams efficiently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets within SLA guidelines
- Administer Slack workspace (channels, user groups, guest access, Slack Connect)
- Troubleshoot Slack login and SSO-related issues
- Triage incoming requests and route appropriately
- Maintain accurate ticket updates and resolution notes
- Fulfill hardware requests (peripherals, YubiKeys, loaner laptops)
- Coordinate with inventory teams for shipping, repairs, and stock needs
- Redirect out-of-scope requests to appropriate teams or documentation
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 5 years of IT support experience
- Hands-on Slack workspace administration experience
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience working within SLA-driven ticket queues
- Familiarity with macOS at a user level
- Experience in tiered or scoped IT support environments
- Experience supporting Slack Enterprise Grid environments
- Experience troubleshooting SSO/SAML login issues
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
- Experience with hardware inventory or asset management processes
- Exposure to IT support automation or workflow optimization
- Familiarity with internal IT documentation best practices
