Human Resources Admin

Advanced IPM, a well-established and family-owned company serving the Roseville, CA community since 1981, is seeking a motivated Human Resources Admin to join our growing team. As one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the U.S., Advanced IPM offers a friendly, fast-paced, and supportive work environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow. Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize employee files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
• Update and manage internal HR databases with employee information
• Assist the HR department with a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Provide relevant employee information to the finance department as needed
• Coordinate the shipment of new hire equipment to branch locations
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive office environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service experience preferred; human resources experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to take initiative, assume responsibility, and work independently
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed
