Line Cook
Saltbreaker is seeking a solid Line Cook for the fry station who has the motivation and skills to create consistently good food, keep a tight station, and work well as part of a team.
Schedule Requirements: 1:30pm to approx 10pm shifts, Wednesdays to Sundays
Pay: $20 per hour plus tip share of $10-11 per hour

What you’ll do
- Work the fry station during service
- Prepare dishes according to Chef's standards
- Maintain organization, prep levels, and cleanliness
- Actively communicate with the team and support flow of service
What we’re looking for
- 3 years of line cook experience in a full-service upscale restaurant setting
- Demonstrated skill and and technique to execute at the fry station
- Dependable, humble and, respectful
- Strong sense of urgency and able to execute dishes consistently well under pressure
- Able to stay focused and organized during busy service
- Able to lift, push and carry up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods; make repetitive motions for extended periods of time
