Hardware Test Engineer

Ford’s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team is charged with delivering the company’s vision of a fully electric transportation future. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.
- Design, troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis.
You'll have…
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-7 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer.
- Experience in hardware bring-up and test automation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
