Human Resources Project Manager
:
A leading medical device company in Southern California has an immediate need for a Project Manager of HR. (12 month + Contract).
The Project Manager Consultant will primarily support the Human Resources and Public Affairs department while being open to assisting other areas as a flexible workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to lead scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, among other essential areas.
- Risk Mitigation experience (how do you evaluate and mitigate risk for an HR department?)
- Experience developing a project charter
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a BS degree, with at least 5 years of Project Management experience specifically in Public Affairs or Communications.
- Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate broad expertise in leading transformative initiatives in diverse areas such as IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Communications, and Change Management.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to accomplish milestones are crucial requirements.
Preferred: Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
Location: Onsite in Irvine CA, may have flex schedule of 1-2 days remote
