Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales/Designer to join our team. This role combines sales expertise with design savvy, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction sales and design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess project requirements and develop design concepts.

- Sales Development:

- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach.

- Prepare and present project proposals, including design plans, materials, and pricing.

- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.

- Design Responsibilities:

- Create detailed design plans and renderings that showcase proposed projects.

- Collaborate with clients to select materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with their vision and budget.

- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.

- Project Coordination:

- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure design specifications are met.

- Oversee project timelines and budgets, providing updates to clients throughout the process.

- Marketing Support:

- Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing completed projects and client testimonials.

- Participate in trade shows and community events to promote Builder’s Innovation Group.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and design within the construction or remodeling industry.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design principles.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
