Senior Data Analyst (Finance, Strategy & Analytics)

The Finance Strategy and Analytics team is responsible for providing analysis and recommendations to inform strategic and operational decision-making across the company. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to serve as the primary analytical resource for leaders across our business by diving into data to produce valuable insights that provide context to drive business decisions. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive long-term shareholder value in a hyper-growth environment at scale.


The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering results, complete ownership of work and excellent business judgment. They should have a demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, deliver recommendations and have a critical eye for detail.



A day in the life (Responsibilities)

• Be a thought partner to business stakeholders and finance leaders by conducting analyses into drivers of business performance using SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Influence decisions by understanding the big picture combined with providing underlying deep analysis
• Use SQL and BI tools to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow business leaders to quickly and accurately see how our business is performing
• Requires a deep understanding of our SQL table infrastructure, as well as strong business acumen to understand operating metrics
• Communicate clearly, knowledgeably and transparently with cross functional stakeholders (including but not limited to Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics) to build trusted relationships and enhance business outcomes
• Proactively and reactively develop and address business questions through independent investigation / data forensics

What you'll need to thrive (Requirements)

• 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (math, economics/finance, computer science, or physical science)
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong experience using Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
• Expert at selecting and designing high-impact data visualizations that convey clear, actionable insights
• Proven track record building interactive dashboards in tools like Hex, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
• Experience with data engineering and ability to navigate new data sources
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented collaborator comfortable navigating and delivering results within matrix organizations

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).


Pay Range


$102,000-$163,000 USD
