Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week.
• Ability to travel within the local service area and provide care in patients‘ homes as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience.
• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in home health settings.
• Experience with wound care, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
