Sr. Software Engineer (Backend Lean)

We are looking for software engineering generalists that enjoy jumping between multiple projects. We can hire at various levels and need both frontend and backend skillsets.

• Design interfaces for production machinery to capture real time data
• Collaborate and create new features for our customer portal
• Develop internal tools and improving manufacturing processes with automation
• Build applications for automating the factory
• Shared projects, helping other engineers grow and learn from your experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Very strong engineer with a proven track record of exceptional ability driven by engineering fundamentals
• Ability to drive projects single handedly without much guidance or input
• Experience in startups or small teams in fast-paced and quickly changing environments
• Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases

• Experience regarding manufacturing or part design (especially composites)
• Experience designing software related to 3D part representations or manipulation in a CAD/CAM program or similar
• Good understanding of the mechanical world
• Familiarity with customer facing applications

$120,000 - $210,000 a year

Actual base salary will be based on several factors including but not limited to candidates relevant education, experience, knowledge and skill in the core subject matter of the position as well as relevant peripheral qualifications.
