Competitive pay Job Details Newport Beach law firm seeks skilled paralegal for immediate opening within our Transactional Practice Group. Successful candidate will assist our attorneys in preparing estate planning documents and probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings and real estate recordings. Must be knowledgeable in necessary filings for corporations and limited liability companies. Candidate must have strong organizational and writing skills and be able to work concurrently on multiple projects. Must be detail oriented, show strong initiative and able to work independently and/or with supervising lawyers; communicating with clients and court personnel essential. We are seeking 3-5 years of relevant experience. Position is full-time, in office 5 days a week and salary commensurate with experience Interested in hearing more?
