Bartender
Rhythm & Bleu is a lively karaoke bar in the heart of Sawtelle Japantown looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. If you love craft cocktails, great music, and keeping the energy high, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with CA regulations
- Engage with guests and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification or willingness to obtain
- Must be available for evening and late-night shifts (including weekends, especially Thursdays and Sundays)
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly wage + tips
