This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. What You'll Do Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wipingOffice IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London officeAV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliablyEnd-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the teamOnboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joinersNew IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiativesAutomation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive workDocumentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guidesWhat you bringA friendly, end-user focused attitude.
