Anesthesiologist (Redding)
Overview
Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, CA , is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our group as a key partner. Open for both full-time and locums coverage.
Responsibilities
- Employed by Far Northern Anesthesia Consultants, supporting Shasta Regional Medical Center
- Performing general anesthesia: cardiac, ortho, general, and thoracic surgery
- No trauma, OB, or pediatric cases
- Key partner role from day one
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Flexible and negotiable call schedule
- Salary: $450,000 - $550,000/year (negotiable)
- Open for full-time and locums coverage
- Open to K-1 or 1099 independent contractor employment

Pay Transparency
Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, 401K, medical, dental, vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The current compensation range is $450,000 - $500,000 annually, with the exact offer determined based on experience, credentials, and other factors.
