Wilshire Law Firm
Los Angeles, CA
Senior PPC Manager

Wilshire Law Firm is a distinguished, award-winning legal practice with over 18 years of experience, specializing in Personal Injury, Employee Rights, and Consumer Class Action lawsuits. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Excellence and Justice and are united in our commitment to achieve the best outcome for our clients.

You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a performance-driven Senior PPC Manager with proven experience in high-intent lead generation environments. You will own end-to-end PPC performance and the technical pipelines that drive accurate attribution, intake performance, and case acquisition outcomes. You will build, optimize, troubleshoot, and scale complex paid acquisition systems in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

 Why This Role Is Unique

You will be a key player in a high-growth, high-ownership environment where ideas move fast and wins are measured in actual cases, not vanity metrics. You won't be handed pre-built campaigns; instead, you'll be trusted to build, optimize, and evolve them with the support of a fast-moving team.

Accountable for
Â
  • Building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Bing, Performance Max, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads campaigns

  • Troubleshooting malfunctions across Zapier, CallRail, chatbots, IVR routing, and CRM integrations
  • Verifying accurate attribution, preventing duplicates, and maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
  • Conducting weekly call audits to evaluate intake agent performance and case retention quality
  • Testing call routing paths weekly to ensure correct queues, escalations, and language routing
  • Analyzing funnel performance from call connected → qualified → contract sent → retained
  • Delivering weekly reporting: leads, spend, CPL, projections, and down-funnel insights
  • Presenting strategic recommendations, competitive analysis, and performance improvements
  • Training new employees on marketing systems, routing logic, intake workflows, and attribution
  • Ensuring compliance, Google Ads policies, branding standards, and security protocols
  • Documenting major system changes and maintaining updated SOPs

  • Strong proficiency with CallRail, Zapier, chatbot systems, landing page testing tools, and dynamic tracking setups
  • Deep analytical skills with GA4, performance dashboards, and diagnosing technical issues
  • Demonstrated ability to build and own full-funnel acquisition systems, not just campaigns
  • Personal Injury or call-based lead generation experience
  • Familiarity with Intaker, Unbounce, VWO, Segment, or IVR routing systems
  • Experience working with intake or call center operations
Compensation
  • $160,000+ depending on experience
